Quilt Name:     Pink Lady

Experience:     Breast Cancer and bi-lateral mastectomy

Note:      Matiste's Blue Nude has always appealed to me, but after my surgery the nude rendered in pink was especially nostalgic. The hand-quilted daisy motif recalls youth and femininity. The fabrics are hand-dyed by me and the nude is done with needle-turn applique.
